This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of physical products, educational materials, and promotional items offered by Mayash Foundation. While most of our services are digital, we occasionally ship physical items such as:

  • Educational books and manuscripts
  • Promotional materials and merchandise
  • Certificates and awards
  • Donation acknowledgment materials
  • Project-related physical deliverables

2. Shipping Areas

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all states and union territories within India. Delivery times may vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 3-6 business days
  • Rural Areas: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries for our educational materials and publications:

  • Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
  • Europe & UK: 10-21 business days
  • North America: 10-21 business days
  • Other Countries: 14-28 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: ₹50 - ₹150 (based on weight and distance)
  • Express Delivery: ₹100 - ₹300 (based on weight and distance)
  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1,000 (domestic only)

International Shipping Rates

  • Asia Pacific: ₹500 - ₹1,500
  • Europe & UK: ₹800 - ₹2,000
  • North America: ₹1,000 - ₹2,500
  • Other Countries: ₹1,200 - ₹3,000

Note: International shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Processing Time

Order processing times vary depending on the type of item:

  • In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
  • Custom Materials: 3-7 business days
  • Printed Certificates: 2-5 business days
  • Bulk Orders: 5-10 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • SMS updates on delivery status (for domestic orders)
  • Real-time tracking through our website
  • Delivery confirmation notification

You can track your order status by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

6. Delivery Information

Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be available to receive the package
  • Valid identification may be required for delivery
  • Accurate and complete delivery address is essential
  • Contact number should be reachable during delivery hours

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • We will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • Package will be held at the local delivery center
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned after 7 days

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging/items
  • We will investigate and provide a resolution
  • Replacement or refund will be provided as appropriate

All packages are insured against loss and damage during transit.

8. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
  • Extreme weather conditions

Festival and Holiday Delays

Deliveries may be delayed during major festivals and national holidays. We will notify customers of any expected delays in advance.
