3. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

You may cancel services under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund available up to 48 hours before scheduled start
  • During Initial Phase: Partial refund available within first 25% of project completion
  • Mid-Project: Refund for undelivered work minus completed portions
  • Near Completion: No refund available after 75% project completion

Subscription Cancellation

For recurring services and subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • No refund for the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of paid period
  • Automatic renewal stops after cancellation

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Service not delivered as promised
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Cancellation within the allowed timeframe
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Service quality significantly below agreed standards

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Failure to provide required information or cooperation
  • Requests made after the refund period expires
  • Services delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Force majeure events affecting service delivery

5. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide Details: Include order number, reason for refund, and supporting documents
  3. Review Process: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Decision: You will receive an email with our decision and next steps
  5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Order or invoice number
  • Date of purchase/service
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in certain situations:

  • Partially Completed Services: Refund for undelivered portions
  • Service Modifications: Adjustment based on scope changes
  • Quality Issues: Proportional refund based on impact
  • Early Termination: Refund minus completed work and setup costs

Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the percentage of work completed and the value delivered.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • You may appeal the decision within 15 days
  • Provide additional evidence or clarification
  • We will conduct a secondary review
  • Final decisions will be communicated within 7 business days

For unresolved disputes, you may seek mediation through appropriate consumer forums.
